International buyers may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. KValeria Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your KValeria Jewelry piece. If something is not right, we're here to help.

Eligible for a full refund:

Items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect
Items that are significantly different from what was described

For defective or damaged items, KValeria Jewelry will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kvaleriajewelry@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

Return shipping paid by the customer:

Wrong size selected by the customer
Change of mind or personal preference
Item no longer wanted

In these cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Be returned in original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the above requirements, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
